Chapter 1
1 We Declare unto you that One, who has existed from The Beginning, that One, who we have heard, and beholding, we have seen with our eyes, and have touched with our hands; that One, who is The Miltha d'Khaye {The Word of Life}.

2 And The Khaye {The Life} was manifested, and we have seen, and we are Testifying, and we are Proclaiming unto you The Khaye {The Life} which is Eternal, who was existing with Aba {The Father}, and was revealed unto us.

3 And the thing which we have seen, and have heard, we make known unto you also, so that you will have Communion with us, and yet, our Communion is with Aba {The Father}, and with His Son, Eshu Meshikha {Yeshua, The Anointed One}.

4 And these things we are writing unto you, so that our joy which is in you, will be full.

5 And this is The Sabartha {The Hopeful Message} which we heard from Him, and we are declaring unto you: That Alaha {God} is Light, and there is no darkness in Him at all.

6 And if we say that for us there is Communion with Him, and walk in darkness, we are liars, and in The Truth we do not proceed.

7 Yet, if we are walking in The Light, as He is in The Light, for us there is Communion with each other, and The Blood of Eshu {Yeshua} His Son, for us, cleanses us from all our sins.

8 And if we say that for us there is no sin, we deceive our souls, and The Truth isn't in us.

9 Yet, if we are confessing unto Him our sins, He is trustworthy, and just, to forgive us for our sins, and will cleanse us from all unrighteousness;

10 and if we are saying that we are without sins, we are making Him to be a liar, and Miltheh {His Word} isn't with us.

 Chapter 2
1 My Sons, I write these things unto you, so that you might not commit sins. And if someone might sin, there is for him The Pharaqlita {The Advocate} with Aba {The Father}; Eshu Meshikha {Yeshua, The Anointed One}, The Zadiyqa {The Righteous One}.

2 For, He Himself is The Atonement for the sake of our sins, and not for our own only, but also, even the whole alma {world}.

3 And in this we know that we cohabit with Him; if we are observing His Commands.

4 For, that one who says that he knows Him, and doesn't observe His Commands, is a liar, and The Truth isn't in him.

5 But, that one who is observing Miltheh {His Word}, in this is truly perfecting The Khubeh d'Alaha {The Love of God}, for, in this we know that we are in Him.

6 That one who says that they are in Him; it is fitting for them to walk like He walked.

7 My beloved, I don't write unto you a new Command, but rather, an old Command, that one which is for you from the beginning; yet, the old Command is The Miltha {The Word}; that one which you have heard.

8 Furthermore, a new Command I write unto you, that one which is true in Him, and in you, for whom the darkness has passed and The True Light has begun to be seen.

9 Therefore, whoever says that they are in The Light, and also has hatred for his brother; is in the darkness until now.

10 Yet, that one who has Love for his brother, remains in The Light, and there is no offense in him.

11 But, that one who has hatred for his brother, is in the darkness, and also walks in the dark, and doesn't know unto where they go, because of the darkness blinding their eyes.

12 I write unto you my sons, so that you might leave your sins, for His Name.

13 I write unto you, fathers, because you have known that One who was existing from The Beginning. I write unto you young men, because you are overcoming evil. I have written unto you youth, because you have known Aba {The Father}.

14 I have written unto you fathers, because you have known that One who is from The Beginning. I have written unto you young men, because you are strong, and also The Word of God dwells in you, and you are also overcoming evil.

15 Have no love for this alma {world}, and also not for a thing that there exists in it, for, whoever that has love for this alma {world}, there isn't The Khubeh d'Aba {The Love of The Father} in him.

16 For, all things that there is in this alma {world}; the lust that is of the body, and also the lust that is of the eyes, and the vain glory of this alma {world}, these are not from Aba {The Father}, but rather, are from it; from this alma {world}.

17 And this alma {world}; it passes, and also its lust, yet, that one who does the pleasure of Alaha {God} remains unto eternity.

18 My sons, it is the end time, and as you have heard that something will come; the false anointed one, and also now, for, there are many false anointed ones, and from this we know it is the end of time.

19 From us they went forth, but, were not from us, for, if they were from us, they would be remaining with us, but, they went forth from us, so that it might be known that they are not from us.

20 And The Meshikhutha {The Anointing} is for you, from The Holy One, and you are discerning every man.

21 I haven't written unto you because you don't know The Truth, but rather, so that you do know it, and also, that all who are false isn't from it; from The Truth.

22 Who is this who is false, but, if not that one who denies that Eshu {Yeshua} was Meshikha {The Anointed One}? This is the false anointed one: that one who denies belief in Aba {The Father}, denies belief also in The Son.

23 And that one who denies belief in The Son, also doesn't believe in Aba {The Father}. That one who confesses belief in The Son, also confesses belief in Aba {The Father}.

24 And the thing which you have heard from before; remain with. For, if you remain with the thing which you have heard from before, you also will remain in Aba {The Father}, and in The Son.

25 And this is The Shuwdaya {The Promise} which He promised unto us; Khaye {Life} which is for eternity.

26 But, these things I have written unto you, because of those which lead you astray.

27 And you also, if The Meshikhutha {The Anointing} remains with you, which you received from Him, you don't need that a nash {a man} should teach you, but rather, as The Meshikhutha {The Anointing}, which is from Alaha {God}, is teaching you about everything, and is true, and there is no lie in it, and as that One who taught you; remain in Him!

28 And now, my sons, remain in Him, so that when that One is manifested, we will have no shame from Him, but rather, there will be for us confidence before His face at His coming.

29 If you know that He is Zadiyq {Righteous}, know also that all who perform Zadiyqutha {Righteousness} are from Him.

Chapter 3
1 And also, that you might see how much The Khubeh d'Aba {The Love of The Father} is towards us, that we have been called “Sons,” also, even have been made such. Because of this, the world doesn't know us, because it also hasn't know Him.

2 My dear ones, we are now The Sons of Alaha {God}, and it isn't revealed, up to now, what is destined that we shall be. Yet, when after that He is revealed, in His image we will be, and we will see Him as that which He is!

3 And unto all whom there is this Sabra {Hope} concerning him, he purifies his soul, as He is pure.

4 But, whoever that does sin, is doing unrighteousness, for all sin is unrighteousness.

5 And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin.

6 And also, all who remain in Him, doesn't sin, and all who does sin, doesn't see Him and doesn't know Him.

7 My sons, let no man led you astray. That one who performs Zadiyqutha {Righteousness}, is Zadiyqa {Righteous}, as also He, Meshikha {The Anointed One} is Zadiyqa {Righteous}.

8 The one who visits sin, is from satana, because, from the beginning satana was sinning. Because of this, The Son of Alaha {God} has appeared; to destroy the works of satana.

9 All who are born from Alaha {God}, doesn't perform sin, because of His Seed which is in him; and the one born from Alaha {God} isn't able to sin!

10 In this is the distinguishing of The Sons of Alaha {God} from the sons of satana: all who are not doing Zadiyqutha {Righteousness}, and doesn't Love his brother, are not from Alaha {God}.

11 Because, this is the Command which you heard from before; that you shall Love one unto another.

12 Not like Cain; that one who was from the evil one, and killed his brother. And because of what did he kill him? Only because that one's works were evil, and of his brother, Righteous.

13 And don't be amazed, my brothers, if the world has hatred for you.

14 We know that we have moved from death unto Khaye {Life}, by this: that we Love our brothers. That one who doesn't Love his brother, remains in death.

15 For, all who are hateful unto their brother, are killing mankind, and you know that all who kill men are not able to remain in The Life which is eternal.

16 By this we know Khubeh {His Love} that is toward us: that He gave His Soul for us, and also, it is proper for us, that concerning our brother’s persons, to give our souls.

17 And the one unto whom is the substance of this world, and should see his brother that he is of need, and should close his mercies from him; how is there in him The Khubeh d'Alaha {The Love of God}?

18 My sons, don't love one unto another in words, and in speech, but rather, in works, and in The Truth.

19 And in this we understand that we are from The Truth, and that before He comes, we persuade our hearts.

20 Because, if it, our heart, is condemning us, how much more Alaha {God}, who is greater than our hearts, and knows everything?

21 My dear ones, if our heart isn't condemning us, we have uncovered faces {idiom: have confidence} before Alaha {God},

22 and everything that we are seeking, we receive from Him, because we are keeping His Commands, and act well before Him.

23 And this is His Command: that we must believe in The Name of His Son, Eshu Meshikha {Yeshua, The Anointed One}, and to be loving one unto another, as He has Commanded.

24 And whoever keeps His Commands, is kept by Him, and He dwells in him, and by this, we understand He dwells in us: from Rukheh {His Spirit} which He gave unto us.

Chapter 4
1 My dear ones, do not be trusting all spirits, but be distinguishing the spirits; if they are from Alaha {God}, because of the many false prophets gone out into the world.

2 By this we know The Rukheh of Alaha {The Spirit of God}: every spirit who confesses that Eshu Meshikha {Yeshua, The Anointed One} has come in flesh, is from Alaha {God}.

3 And every spirit who is not confessing that Eshu {Yeshua} has come in flesh, isn't from Alaha {God}, but, this is from that false anointed one, that one which you heard who comes, and even now is in the alma {the world}.

4 Yet, you Sons, are from Alaha {God}, and have overcome them, because greater is He, that One who is in you, than that one who is in the alma {the world}!

5 And these are from the alma {the world}, because they are speaking from the alma {the world}, and the alma {the world} is listening, and responding to them.

6 Yet we, we are from Alaha {God}, and that one who knows Alaha {God}, listens, and responds to us. And that one who isn't from Alaha {God}, doesn't listen, and respond to us. In this, we distinguish between The Rukha d'Shrara {The Spirit of Truth}, and the spirit of matayanutha {deception}.

7 My dear ones, be loving one unto another, because those of Khuba {Love} are from Alaha {God}, and all who Makheb {Love}, are born from Alaha {God}, and know Alaha {God},

8 because Khuba {Love} is of Alaha {God}, and all who do not Makheb {Love}, do not know Alaha {God}.

9 In this is known The Khubeh d'Alaha {The Love of God}, which is towards us, who, unto us, Alaha {God} has sent His Only Begotten Son into the alma {the world}, so that we might be made alive through Him.

10 In this, is Khuba {Love}: not that we loved Alaha {God}, but rather, that He, Alaha {God}, loved us, and has sent unto us His Son, concerning The Atonement for our sins.

11 My dear ones, if Alaha {God} loved us like this, we also are obligated to love, we, one unto another.

12 For, no person has ever seen Alaha {God}, yet, if we Love one another, Alaha {God} is abiding in us, and Khubeh {His Love} is perfected in us.

13 And by this we know that in Him we are abiding, and He is abiding in us: that He has given unto us from Rukheh {His Spirit}.

14 And we have seen, and we Testify, that Aba {The Father} has sent His Son, The Saviour, unto the alma {the world}.

15 All who profess belief in Eshu {Yeshua}; that He is The Son of Alaha {God}; in him Alaha {God} abides, and he abides in Alaha {God}.

16 And we believe, and know the Khuba {the Love} that Alaha {God} has towards us, for, Alaha {God} is Khuba {Love}, and all who abide in Khuba {Love}, abide in Alaha {God}.

17 And in this is fulfilled Khubeh {His Love} towards us: that for us there will be confidence in The Day of Judgment, because according to that which He is, so also we are in this alma {world}.

18 For, there is no fear in Khuba {Love}, but rather, mature Khuba {Love} throws fear outside, because those who fear are those in danger. Therefore, those who fear are not mature in Khuba {Love}.

19 We therefore, will Love Alaha {God}, because He first loved us.

20 But, if a nash {a man} says that, “I Love Alaha {God},” and is hateful unto his brother; that one, he lies, for, that one who doesn't love his brother, which he sees, how is that one able to love Alaha {God}, which isn't visible?

21 And this Command we have received from Him: that all who Love Alaha {God}, must also Love their brother.

Chapter 5
1 All the ones who believe that Eshu {Yeshua} is Meshikha {The Anointed One}, are born from Alaha {God}. And all who are loving unto The Parent, are loving also unto that one who was born from Him.

2 And by this we know that we Love The Sons of Alaha {God}: when we Love Alaha {God}, and we are doing His Commands.

3 For, this is The Khubeh d'Alaha {The Love of God}; that we keep His Commands. And His Commands are not difficult,

4 because all the ones who are born from Alaha {God} have overcome the alma {the world}, and this is the victory, which defeats the alma {the world}: Haymanuthak {our Faith}.

5 For, who overcomes the alma {the world}, except that one who believes that Eshu {Yeshua} is The Son of Alaha {God}?

6 This is The One who came by means of The Water and The Blood; Eshu Meshikha {Yeshua, The Anointed One}. It wasn't of The Water alone, but rather, by The Water and The Blood.

7 And The Rukha {The Spirit} testifies; because that One, The Rukha {The Spirit}, is The Truth.

8 And there are three testifying: The Rukha {The Spirit}, and The Water, and The Blood. And these three are in One.

9 If we receive each testimony of mankind, how much more The Testimony of Alaha {God}, who is greater? And this is The Testimony of Alaha {God} which testifies concerning His Son.

10 Whoever believes in The Son of Alaha {God}, there is for him this Testimony in his soul. All who do not believe, make Alaha {God} to lie; in that they don't believe The Testimony which Alaha {God} has Testified concerning His Son.

11 And this is The Testimony of Life, which Alaha {God} gives unto us for eternity, and this Life is in His Son!

12 All who hold onto The Son, also hold onto Life, and all who do not hold onto The Son of Alaha {God}; there isn't Life for them.

13 These things I have written unto you, so that you might know that Life, which is eternal; for, it is unto those who believe in The Name of The Son of Alaha {God}.

14 And this is the confidence we have towards Him: that all which we are asking Him, according to His will, He will listen to us.

15 And if we are persuaded that He listens to us, concerning that thing which we are asking from Him, we are now confident of receiving the requests that we have asked from Him.

16 If a nash {a man} sees that his brother is sinning, which isn't a sin condemned unto death; ask, and for him there will be given Khaye {Life}; unto the one who sins not being like the one unto death, for there is a sin that is of death. Don't be concerned that a man should ask about this one which I speak,

17 for, all unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin which isn't of death.

18 And we know that all who are born from Alaha {God} doesn't sin, for, that one who is born from Alaha {God}, guards his soul, and evil doesn't come near unto him.

19 We know that we are from Alaha {God}, and all the alma {the world} is set in evil.

20 And we know that The Son of Alaha {God} has come, and has given unto us a Mind which knows The Truth, and is in Him; in The True One; in His Son, Eshu Meshikha {Yeshua, The Anointed One}. This is The True Alaha {God}, and The Life which is eternal.

21 My sons, guard your souls from the reverence of idols!
